Our Year 7 and 8 Secondary Boys and Girls are diving into learning this week as part of a five day focus on water. The students are swapping normal classes for a week of special activities across both campuses, including coding spheres to navigate a water course in a pool, building there own boats, taking ice water baths and tye dying fabric. There is even an activity based on the Water Bottle Flipping Challenge. It's all about letting our students explore, collaborate and make choices about their own learning. Throughout the week student groups will form their own water-based project and design, prototype and develop a related design solution. This week will conclude with the students presenting their solutions to their peers, the School executive and Tamworth Council members on Friday.
