Calrossy congratulates its students on an outstanding HSC 2019.

Congratulations to Calrossy's 2019 HSC cohort on their outstanding HSC result released today.

Calrossy had a Top in the State with Safina Ireland placed first in Primary Industries. The success doesn't end there with Megan Seis and Tessa Mitchell also named in the Top 10 in New South Wales in Primary Industries, with Megan Seis also named a Top Achiever in Agriculture. Their exact placings will be released later today.

The School achieved 52 Top Band results across 18 subjects, shared by 25 students named as Distinguised Achievers.

"What is really pleasing is the wide range of subjects from Music, Art, English, Physics, Chemistry, Textiles, History, Maths... the list goes on and on", said Principal, David Smith.

"There has also been some wonderful results across the cohort, as it is not just about the high achievers but getting the best out of all our students."

"I think, with all the stuff going on in the curriculum review, it shows that teachers with a deep knowledge of their subject are worth their weight in gold," Mr Smith said.

ATARS will be released later today.
