Now this is something to celebrate......Calrossy makes it nine in a row!

Calrossy Equestrian Team retains Champion Equestrian School Title.  

The cold and chilly conditions at Australia’s largest high school Interschool Equestrian Event held in Coonabarabran over the last week haven’t prevented the Calrossy Equestrian Team outclassing the competition and retaining the coveted title of Champion Equestrian School for the 9th Year.  

The Calrossy team blitzed the competition with with a swag of medals and trophies awarded for both individual and team events.  Some of the highlights included

Pippa Cullen 13 Yrs Age champion
Reese Spencer-Ruddy 14 Yrs Age Reserve champion

Highest point score in the working horse challenge was awarded to Annabel Dalzell and Kate Brand won Supreme Horse of the Show.

In the team events, Calrossy also won The Gower Family trophy for a team of 4 riders which included Annabel Dalzell, Molly Baker, Pippa Cullen and Ella Hunt.

The Clifton Cup Team sporting trophy was also awarded to the Calrossy team consisting of Molly Cullen, Pippa Cullen, Annabel Dalzell and Mackayla Jarrett.

All of these results culminated in Calrossy being awarded the Most successful School and Champions.  Champion school is presented to the School which includes the Top 4 highest point score riders over the Expo.  

Calrossy has now successfully held this trophy for 9 years in a row.  The Top scoring riders were Reese Spencer-Ruddy, Annabel Dalzell, Molly Baker and Pippa Cullen.  To top off a successful Expo, Pippa Cullen was also named the  Overall Highest scoring Rider of the entire event.  Well done everyone!
