National Bull Sale success for Calrossy
The Calrossy Cattle are absolutely over the moon with their Kamilaroi Shorthorn Bulls sale results at the Shorthorn Beef DECTOMAX National Bull Sale held earlier today. The final result was $80,000 for 6 bulls, averaging over $13,000 each.
In addition to our Bulls performing so well, Yr 11 student Hannah Thurn was awarded the Under 25 Yrs Best Parader of the show where three of our bulls placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th in their respective classes, and one of our Calrossy Cattle Team Ag Leaders for 2021, Caitlin Scanlon, was awarded the Tony Fountain Encouragement Award for a young person who shows great potential to achieve in the Australian beef cattle industry in the future. Congratulations to everyone involved, you've done us proud.
