Success for Calrossy School based Apprentices
In a normal year, we would be dressed in our best and finest rubbing shoulders with many of the region’s brightest young people as well as representatives of training providers and business & industry to celebrate Vocational Training. With 2020 being a pandemic year, the Training Awards were held virtually and we are very proud to announce that two Calrossy Yr 12 students, Paige Gainsford (Nursing) and Mitchell Hamblin (Mechanical Engineering) have been named as finalists in the School Based Trainee and School Based Apprentice Categories. Paige has also taken out one of the coveted Highly Commended Awards for this competitive category. Congratulations to Paige and Mitchell for your successes at this year’s Regional Training Awards.
