What a great voice for youth! Calrossy Year 12 student Grace Purtle talks about mental health issues and the importance of talking and being aware of mental health across the community.
Grace spoke on the latest version of Tamworth Livestock and Selling Agents Association's, Taking Stock series.
Grace, who is also a Boarding Prefect at Calrossy, speaks about why she thinks it's important to talk about mental health and how she stays mentally well.

If you or someone you know needs help make sure you ask. Share this video, give them some numbers and just talk. If we can help one person improve their mental health and well being it's worth it.
