Junior School Wellbeing: Building Foundations for Life
In the Junior School, we understand that well children, do well. Our Wellbeing Program is designed to support each student as they take their first steps toward becoming adults of faith, integrity, courage, and compassion. From physical health to emotional and social development, our caring classroom teachers and extensive wellbeing team are dedicated to meeting each child's needs.
Key components of Junior School Wellbeing include:
- Focus for the Fortnight: Introduced at assemblies, this program highlights values and character strengths, helping students develop essential life skills and positive mindsets.
- Week of Wellbeing: Each term, we focus on nurturing both the mind and body, recognising that mental and physical health are equally important.
- Health Centre: Our on-site nursing staff provide care for all students, ensuring they are well enough to thrive in their learning.
- Chaplaincy and Psychologist Support: For students and families experiencing difficulties, our Chaplaincy team and School Psychologists are available to offer support and guidance.

- Leaders of Wellbeing: Each year group has dedicated Leaders of Wellbeing who provide ongoing support and encouragement to students.
- Expedition Program: This unique program fosters teamwork, personal growth, and leadership through challenging outdoor experiences that help students develop courage and resilience.
- Year 7 Peer Support Program: Year 7 students are guided and mentored by Year 9 Peer Support Leaders, fostering connections and a sense of belonging.
- Health and Pastoral Care: Nursing staff on site provide healthcare during school hours, while the Wellbeing, Welfare, and Chaplaincy teams offer holistic support.
Senior Secondary Wellbeing: Preparing for the Future with Confidence
At the Senior Secondary level, we continue to prioritise the holistic wellbeing of our students as they prepare for life beyond school. Our programs are designed to promote emotional growth, personal reflection, and resilience, ensuring students feel supported in their academic journey and personal development.
