Common Ground Project: Parent Workshop Invitation
We are excited to invite parents and guardians of students in Years 7 to 12 at Calrossy to the first Common Ground Project Parent Workshop, an event that introduces this transformative program to our community.
Calrossy is one of only four schools nation-wide selected to trial this ground breaking project. This is a life-changing opportunity for both students and parents, placing Calrossy at the forefront of the national conversation about respectful relationships, mutual understanding, and the prevention of violence against women. As a Christian school committed to creating “hope and change that matters,” we are proud to champion this critical initiative that will positively shape the lives of our students, their families, and our wider community.
We encourage you to join us on this transformative journey, as we work together to empower young people with the values, skills, and knowledge to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Let’s create a brighter future—together.
This workshop will provide practical advice, hands-on tools, and strategies to support your child in building respectful relationships, fostering resilience, and challenging limiting stereotypes. It’s an invaluable opportunity to learn how we, as a community, can work together to create positive change. It is the first of a series three parent sessions to be held, running alongside staff and student workshops.
The evening is proudly supported by Calrossy P&F, who will host a BBQ before the workshop.
